Lying is not merely a disregard for the truth.
It is, above all, a refusal to accept the reality one lives in.
It is the symptom of a soul that has not yet learned to face the mirror of the world. A mirror that reflects choices, consequences, mistakes, and truths.
To lie is to deny oneself. It is to declare, even if unconsciously that I cannot bear what I am, what I have done, or what I live.
Lying is a form of escape, sometimes out of cowardice, sometimes out of ignorance, from the responsibility each person holds before their own existence.
The liar tries to manipulate others, but in truth, he manipulates only himself.
He weaves a web of illusions that does not protect, but imprisons.
They attempt to rewrite the reality around them, as if altering words could transform facts.
However, the universe does not bend to the personal narrative of the liar.
Reality, which is always silent, impersonal, and unyielding, continues to flow. And one day, it will demand the price of illusion.
Every liar believes themselves clever.
They think they can control the gears of the world with their cunning.
Yet they fail to realize that their deception is a grand foolishness.
It is like trying to stop the orbit of the planet Earth through sheer denial.
From their egocentric point of view, from their limited and self-centered navel, it might seem that the Earth stands still.
But all it takes is a higher gaze, more lucid and connected to the whole, to see that the Earth not only spins on its own axis, but also dances around the Sun as part of an infinitely greater system.
Essentially, truth, no matter how painful, sets us free.
Whereas lies, no matter how comforting, imprison us.
Therefore, accepting reality is the first step toward maturity.
And embracing it with courage is the sign of a soul beginning to awaken.
Without deception or falsehood, but truthfully.
