Life unfolds as a journey of steps.

Each step we take forward requires balance, i.e., when one foot moves ahead, the other must eventually follow, otherwise, we simply stand still.

In life, movement and progress only happen when both feet participate in the journey.

In much the same way, we cannot truly enter a new chapter of life while remaining emotionally tied to the past because memories, regrets, attachments, and unresolved feelings can quietly anchor us to where we once stood.

Therefore, when part of us remains behind, our ability to move forward becomes limited.

In other words, growth or changes require alignment. To walk into a new stage of life, both feet, and the heart, must move together.

Our actions must follow our intentions, and our hearts must release what no longer belongs to the present moment.

However, it is also important to understand that letting go does not mean forgetting the past or denying its value. Rather, it means honoring what has been, learning from it, and then allowing life to continue its natural flow.

In short, it is only when we walk with our whole being (the body, the mind, and the heart) that the journey can truly move forward.
